      "358thFG 365thFS Generic" (for DCS 2.5+)

      P-47D-30 livery by Bo_Nidle.

This is a partly coded generic skin intended to be applied to AI wingmen when making up the flight numbers.

It carries the code of the 365th Fighter Squadron which was "CH". The sim will then apply the individual code letter/serial number from its default settings to the rear fuselage and tail.

Unfortunately this means that the first 10 AI will have a number assigned to the rear fuselage rather than a letter and when the letters are assigned they are in the incorrect font favoured by the sim.

I am working on a fix for this but have had no success so far.

But at least it gives the option for individually identifiable wingmen.

The 108 gallon pressed paper drop tanks have been repainted to try and replicate the bright silver dope finish that was applied to this type of tank. The in-sim default 108 gallon tank skins look too grey and are more like the early metal versions of this design of tank.

In the sim use this skin on the P-47D-30 which has the fin fillet.

My thanks go out to:

Warlord64 for his template which I am still using in combination with elements of the official template.

Megalax for cracking the LUA code for keeping the prop spinner painted whein it is in motion.

Good show chaps!
